Electric Vehicle ChargePoint In Motorgate Garage

We are very pleased to announce that the Motorgate Garage is now offering four charging stations for electric vehicles. The Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC) has partnered with ChargePoint to bring this state of the art and innovative technology to our progressive Island. 

ChargePoint is the world’s largest network of independently owned and operated EV charging stations with over 30,000+ charging stations worldwide, providing drivers access to charge on the go. Now, Roosevelt Island is your personal access point. Joining ChargePoint will; provide you with access to their charging station network, the ability to track your gasoline savings and green footprint, review your charging sessions and more.

The charging stations, located on the fourth floor of Motorgate, provides four spaces for electric vehicle owners to connect and charge their car. Roosevelt Island is a living example of what a small community with alternative transportation resources looks like. Collaborating with ChargePoint, allows us to bring the call of action of being environmentally conscious and bringing awareness to a larger demographic on the island.
