Cracks in the sidewalk. A patch of ice. Rodent traps that have been vandalized. Someone breaking the law. Concerns about a construction site. Living in New York City, we see these things every day and wonder what we can do about it. But here on Roosevelt Island, our residents have three ways they can do something about it.
1. Let our Public Safety Department (PSD) know if you spot an unsafe condition or illegal activity anywhere on the island. You can reach them 24-hours a day, seven days a week by contacting them directly at 212-832-4545.
2. You can also report a problem by using our Occupant Help Portal called Tikkit by clicking https://rioc.tikkit.us/login from your computer or smartphone. You can even take a picture and include it in your complaint. Tikkit is an easy way for you to have a record of your complaint and track it every step of the way as our forces work to address your problem.
3. You can always contact the RIOC office between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday where someone will be on hand to answer your call.
