   There about 7 children playgrounds on the island (Octagon, Island House, Capobianco, front of the school, Blackwell, Manhattan Park, and by the Library), is there more? However, there are only two areas with swings -- Octagon and by Library. All the rest have only slides. It is very limiting to toddlers still unable to manage the slides. Can swings be added, please?
