Mobile food vending requests in various capacities will be reviewed on an individual basis. The first step in securing a permit is to complete an application with all the proper documentation and submit a site proposal.

2. How long are the food vending permits? Can I purchase a permit for just a day?

Permits are available in daily or monthly increments. All permitted dates must be approved prior to the issuing of a permit.

3. Do I have to apply for a permit from Roosevelt Island if I already have a city wide vending permit?
