1. Where can I go to stay cool during a heat wave?: You can call PSD at 212-832-4545 for the available island cooling center locations and you can also check with Notify NYC for other locations across the NYC area.

2. What should I do in case of a snow emergency or black out?: Have enough supplies that will last you for a few days, stay informed of updates on when the condition will be corrected.
