Where are the barbecue grills located on the island?: Charcoal grills are located at Lighthouse Park and by the West Seawall near the Octagon building. All island grills are first come, first served. Personal or portable grills are prohibited! The only grills allowed for use are permanently installed grills found in these two locations. Users are expected to dispose of used charcoal remnants responsibly.

2. Can I have a wedding ceremony on the island?: Wedding ceremonies are permitted on the island and are evaluated on an individual basis. Please email the department for more information.
