Review of RIOC’s policies:  a) Personally Owned Vehicle Usage Policy  b) Policies and Procedures Regarding Travel by Personnel  c) Policy for the Use of Discretionary Funds  2. Committee Chair’s Motion for Executive Session to Discuss:  a) employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation.  3.
