Dear Roosevelt Island Community: Please be advised that due to Cornell Graduation activities and other approved permits, temporary parking restrictions will be in effect in the following locations around the Cornell Tech loop beginning Friday, May 8: West Loop Road: No parking from Friday, May 8, 2026 at 11:00 PM through Monday, May 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM. East and South Loop Roads: No parking from Sunday, May 10, 2026 at 8:00 PM through Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 4:00 PM. PSD will post signs in the affected areas in advance of the restrictions.
